Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store ships anywhere in the Continental US including Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not ship to Canada or Mexico.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not ship on 3rd parties accounts.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not offer delivery service.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not ship to PO Boxes.

Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store sole responsibility when receiving orders on this site, is to pack properly and ultimately hand orders to the parcel companies: UPS, FedEx or USPS.

Future Delivery Dates.
Please note that Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store no longer offers this service.
If you must have a future delivery for traveling reasons it must be agreed upon, and you must request one by calling.
Future deliveries will have an extra charge of 20%.

Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store orders are sent out "only" on Mondays, Tuesdays, and sometimes Wednesdays, to avoid weekend interruption.
Orders received late Wednesday, Thursdays or during the Weekend will ship out the next following Monday or Tuesday if there is a Holiday in between.
Email inquiries are also responded in office hours. Our hours of operations are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm. We are closed on Weekends and Major Holidays.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not respond to email inquiries during the closing Weekend or Holiday time.

How our ordering system works.
When an order is placed, an authorization is made on your credit card. An authorization is not a charge. Credit cards are charged only when orders leave our warehouse.
If you have made several unsuccessful attempts trying to checkout, authorizations may appear as "charges" on your credit card however, they are not charges.

These authorizations or attempts will show on your card eventually, and those amounts might be locked sometimes for 3 to 5 days, after this period of time charges will be gone.

Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store does not charge your card until the order is finally shipped.
All in-stock items will ship via the carrier that Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store decides that is best for your order, regardless of the option originally chosen by the customer.

Attention: If you have a non-USPS address and cannot afford to have the shipping carrier changed, please “notify us” by dropping a note on the “Special Instructions to the Order”

Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not be liable for missing, lost, stolen, or damaged items due to rough handling.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not be liable for spoiled products, due to rescheduled deliveries, packages returned or delivered elsewhere.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not be liable for all negligence due to a failure or mistake created by the carrier to deliver on time.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not be liable for orders shipped to a wrong address.

Order Interceptions:
If an order has been shipped to a wrong address, and a change needs to be made, a $30.00 intercept fee, will apply.
Keep in mind that all the shipping process is  done automatically. Make sure you type your complete mailing address including Apartments, Units, Suites numbers Etc.

Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not issue refunds on shipping.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.
If you must have your order shipped to a Post Office Box, for whatever reason you must choose USPS no exceptions.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not be liable for spoilage of products or forgotten pickups, left at front door, stolen, misplaced parcels, packages delivered elsewhere, abandoned packages, or undeliverable addresses. Once the order is on carrier’s hands we are no longer responsible for the shipment.
Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order.

How we ship.
Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store ships in special containers for perishables to keep products at a proper temperature during transit.
Most of our packages carry gel-packs and in some cases dry ice.

 About Perishable, Cold, and Frozen Foods:

Parcels "Do Not Move on Weekends". Shipping service must not be interrupted.
This is the major reason why we do not ship orders received late Wednesdays, Thursdays or Fridays
Exceptions: Some exceptions could include orders with only non perishable products.

Attention Travelers:
If you plan to travel and have a dead line,“notify us” by dropping a note on the “Special Instructions to the Order”
We are no wizards, remember all the shipping process is done automatically.
If you are arriving from overseas please notify us as well.
Keep in mind that during holiday season, handling from all shipping companies is very rough due to high volume, and shipping transit times are no longer guaranteed. 

Expedited Shipping Notice

Upgrading shipping to Next Day Air does not mean you will receive your order the next day. All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours once received. Once shipped, Next Day Air packages are guaranteed to arrive at the end of the next business day. Please note that upgrading method of shipment to Next Day or 2nd Day Air does not change how long it takes us to process and ship your order, it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse. Orders received late Wednesday, Thursdays or during the Weekend will ship out the next following Monday or Tuesday if there is a Holiday in between. Back ordered Items
If the product ordered is in-stock, we make every attempt to ship your package within 48 hours of receiving your order but, keep in mind that even though our online store remains open 24/7, we may not be open for business in our physical offices. We do not ship on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Should your order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped ASAP upon our return on a first come, first served basis. Florida orders are most likely to be shipped late in the week due to the next day delivery guaranteed except for the Panhandle area. Occasionally, an item we sell is out-of-stock and we need to re-order the item. These circumstances may delay the processing and shipping of your order. If we find an item on your order that is unavailable for shipment, we will contact you via email or phone to inform you that the item is out-of-stock and that we may be able to substitute with a similar one; or two of the same included in the order. (Example: if you ordered "Herring in Dill Sauce" and the same type of "Herring in Mustard Sauce", we will substitute the one sold out, with two of the one in stock if applicable). If we do not hear from you within 48 hours, we will assume that you agree with the notified change and the order will be shipped. We apologize for such inconveniences and try diligently to prevent them from occurring, but you must understand that we are a "Specialty Store" and 90% of our products are imported, not easy to find. Also our "Walk Ins" sometimes buy in excess and make us go sold out on many items in a blink. If your order has shipped no changes can be made, and unfortunately if you are dissatisfied, you cannot request a refund on such substituted item or cancel the order.     Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store as a convenient feature offers the option of South West Cargo (Where Available)
    This is a Next Day Air Shipping service with affordable prices for large shipments beginning at around 85 Lbs and up to 400 Lbs of weight.
    If you choose this service, "you must specify the Airport Destination where you want your goods shipped" on “Special Instructions to the Order”
    Willy's Products Scandinavian Food Store will not ship your order until final destination is confirmed, and agreed to, by both parties.

    Returns & Refunds

    Willy's Products / Scandinavian Food Store.com does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. Willy's Products / Scandinavian Food Store.com at it's sole discretion, may issue a refund, or a substitution may be sent without requiring a return. Willy's Products / Scandinavian Food Store.com will not issue refunds on claims older than 30 days from the date of the order. Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all returns shipping charges, and there will be a re-stocking charge of 20%
    In any situation, Willy's Products / Scandinavian Food Store does not take title to the returned item.
